Need reservations for California trip?
Planning a 3 month trip to California this winter. We like to book reservations as we go. Will this be possible? Or should we book far in advance?. Planning to cover from lower state to around Napa valley.

Wall St. Journal article on Rv makers,
Todays journal states Coachman is trying to raise cash by selling some life insurance policies. Fleetwood has not made a profit in 5 years and is selling buildings and assets to make a bond note which is due. Winnebago also has not made a profit in 4 years.
General Electric's finance unit will no longer make RV loans. Overall
sales are off 14 percent this year.
Times really are getting tough!!!!!!!
RE: Sensor beeping in the rain
I have a 2004 Diplomat which had the same problem.
Monaco in Elkhart and my local dealer worked on it several times. The problem is normally the oil sending unit on the engine. Monaco will tell you to seal the sensor with high temp silcone or undercar spray. Another problem area is the front air tank pressure sensor (if you have air brakes). I replace both sensors and it still beeped. Finally my local dealer and I decided to cut the alarm wire from the oil sending unit which was located in the steering boot. The newer Monaco's no longer have this warning sound installed.
